For an emergency callout, call 027 4813 175. If we can't answer straight away, leave a message with your name, address and the problem, and we will call you back.
Online forms and email are fine for quotes, but they are not monitored for emergencies.

Stay safe first
If there is a fire, smoke, sparking or someone has had an electric shock, call 111 first. Keep away from damaged wiring and equipment, and only switch off power at the main switch if it is safe to do so.
If the power is out across your whole street, the fault may be on the local network. Check with your electricity retailer or lines company before calling an electrician.
